WelcomeThe Global Network of IT Experts in Parliament (GNIT) is a knowledge platform for the exchange of information on the use of new technologies to strengthen parliamentary institutional and organizational capabilities. With currently over 230 IT Experts from Parliaments from around the world the Global Network is ideally positioned for IT Administrations in Parliament to share information on a range of topics related to envisioning ICT strategies for Parliament to implementing and managing parliamentary information services. Currently the Global Network of IT Experts in Parliament members interact through the Online Global Network. The Global Network held its first face-to-face meeting in Geneva on 12 October 2007 where were discussed the features of the Network in terms of the structure and content. |
