Title: Pre-implementation and post-evaluation analysis of e-participation projects - the “Win Win eParticipation model”.
(“Speak with your constituency”, a case study research for African Parliaments)

Synopsis:
The “Win Win eParticipation” model is been developed during a field research experience in Kenya, about a pre-implementation analysis of an hypothetical eParticipation project called “Speak with your constituency”. In this paper the author explains how the field analysis was developed and what are the results of it, however the object of the research is the development of a specific model that can be used in developing countries to implement and evaluate an eParticipation project.

To develop the field research the author was assisted by the National Assembly of Kenya (Information and Research Services department) however this work does not express the opinion or official position of the National Assembly or the Information and Research Services Department.
