<p>The Library of Congress announced the challenge "<a href="http://akoma-ntoso-markup.challenge.gov/" target="_blank"><strong>Markup of US Legislation in Akoma Ntoso</strong></a>" inviting competitors to apply the <a href="http://www.akomantoso.org" target="_blank">Akoma Ntoso</a> schema to U.S. federal legislative information so it can be more broadly accessed and analyzed. shortly issue a formal Request for Information (RFI) seeking
information regarding the supply of a replacement of its existing
Hansard Production System application, with a view to issuing a formal
Request for Proposals. Suppliers with an existing application or capable
of providing the replacement Hansard Production. System application are
