The Andean Parliament is the deliberative and control body of the Andean Integration System. Its communitarian nature represents the peoples of the Andean Community with international legal standing and the capacity to exercise it. The Andean Parliament is a single organic and structural body, consisting of representatives of member countries of the Cartagena Agreement.
